:: NAPFA Test ::
I know that everyone had a grueling time today because of a particular test. The NAPFA Test.
I have nothing much to say about it, except that i got straight 'As' ( imma egoing now XD ) and that we failed to burst a water bomb on a certain person's back 3 times wth...
Here are my results: Shuttle run: 9.8s ( Justin got 9.3s zzZ ) Standing board jump: 239cm ( Only managed to get 'A' on 2nd try... ) Sit-and-reach: 44cm ( Just nice 'A' [ stretching like mad before my turn really worked] ) Sit-ups: 46 ( I have no idea how i managed this... ) Inclined pull-ups: 34 ( Poor Justin... )

:: Vivace Concert ::
The Vivace concert completely ROCKED!!!
One of the pieces that they played, which I found on youtube, is this:
In this video, the music is not played by the school orchestra but by some other orchestra. Nevertheless, it is still extremely nice, though this is not really as 'maestoso dramatico' as the one that the school orchestra played yesterday.

:: Botanical Gardens Field Trip ::
FIRST ACTUAL POST OF THE YEAR! HOORAY!!!
Just found out how tiring waking up early on a Saturday can be...
Anyway, our group (and many other groups) had trouble finding the last conifer tree and the monocot flowers, wasting about an hour trying to find them. Both hours were spent walking around like zombies though...
We finally had everything done and assembled at the Visitors' Centre, where I saw this uber-cute doggy!!! Took a photo of it with flash and it's eyes became fiery red:
Then I met up with the other 204 guys and Nikki and other random guys and girls and walked for around 10 to 15 mins to get to a bus stop, where we took a bus to King Albert Park for lunch at Mac's.
But then, when we reached there, it was only 10:45 am and we could only buy breakfast items at Mac's. So we looked around, and saw a gigantic Subway banner hanging from Bukit Timah Plaza. Quite a lot of us wanted to have that for lunch, so we made our way to basement 2 where Subway is via the staircase. It stank in the staircase as some buggers decided to smoke inside and pollute the environment.
And guess what we saw when we reached? This!!!
And thus we were all extremely elated that we lucked out ,cuz if we reached King Albert Park 10 mins later then we actually did, we would have gone to Mac's for lunch instead. Therefore I got a Turkey Breast Meal and Adrian got a Tuna Meal, and obviously we bought them with the promotion, so the total cost was only $10.90 instead of $15 (I think they charged us wrongly) but I still paid only $5.60 and Adrian paid only $5.30 as his sandwich was cheaper.
And then I overkilled while filling the drink and it overflowed. With much difficulty, I finally managed to snap the lid on and it overflowed somemore, and the lemon barley I got was 1cm higher in the straw than the level of the cup somehow. And obviously, I couldn't finish it. And this was what I did to almost the whole cup of lemon barley:
Then we went to the LAN shop at Beauty World before going back home - Daryl the rich boy played pool/billards there (Idk what's the difference. Is there even one?) with Adrian and J. Ang while Bryan and I checked out L4D2. It lagged like hell but was still quite fun...
Last but not least, THANK YOU TEACHERS FOR ORGANISING THE FIELD TRIP TO BE ON TODAY OR WE WOULD HAVE MISSED THE WONDERFUL PROMOTION!!!
